Alicante Golf Alicante
Alicante Golf is one of the best golf courses on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. It is located next to the spectacular San Juan beach and only a 5 minute from the centre of Alicante. This spectacular course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is characterised by wide fairways lined with thousands of trees and 5 large lakes.
Seve wanted to create a unique experience for golfers with this 72-par course, so he included six par-three holes, six par-four holes and six par-five holes. This means that no two consecutive holes are played with the same par in any one round. For those using the course this makes play more entertaining and provides them with more opportunities to score a birdie.
